Local Pick up

If you are in the Winooski/Burlington area and would like to pick up your order please message me to coordinate pick up.

Shipping Domestic

Items are shipped within 2-5 business days of sale.  All orders are sent via USPS First Class 2-5 day mail. Tracking included. Insurance available for free for items over $100, otherwise insurance must be purchased separately. Please message me if you would like to do that.

Shipping International

International shipping typically takes between 2-3 weeks for arrival.

Shipping Upgrade

Shipping upgrades are available for an additional $10 purchase for USPS Priority 1-3 Day shipping or $20 for USPS Express 1-2 day shipping. These can be added to the cart from the listing in the shop.

Lost Packages

If the package is lost or delayed please contact USPS to discuss with them or file a claim. Found & Feral is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages. Please purchase insurance if you are concerned about packages being lost or stolen.

Returns

We only accept returns for broken or damaged items and must be notified within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at foundandferal@gmail.com to let us know you will be sending it back and we can work with you to make sure you are happy.

The customer is responsible for shipping.
